- Repeated Violations: If you repeatedly attempt to post duplicate content, your account will be subject to review and may be temporarily or permanently suspended without notice.
5. Account Integrity & Anti-Abuse Policy
To maintain a fair and trustworthy platform for all users, Ctbabe enforces strict policies against account abuse and fraudulent activities. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following:
5.1 One Account Policy
Each user is permitted to maintain only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent profile limits, evade suspensions, or manipulate our services is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Policy Violation Strike System
Ctbabe operates a progressive enforcement system to address policy violations fairly while maintaining platform integrity:
- Strike Accumulation: Each policy violation results in a "strike" being recorded against your account. Strikes are cumulative and reflect your compliance history.
- First Violation (1 Strike): A notice will be displayed on your account informing you of the violation. You are expected to review and comply with our guidelines.
- Second Violation (2 Strikes): A formal warning will be issued. This serves as a final notice before enforcement action is taken.
- Third Violation (3 Strikes): Your account will be temporarily suspended for 48 hours. During this period, you will not be able to access your dashboard or manage your profiles.
- Continued Violations (4+ Strikes): Additional violations after a temporary suspension will result in extended suspension periods and may lead to permanent account termination.
- Permanent Suspension (5 Strikes): Accounts that accumulate five or more strikes will be permanently suspended without the possibility of automatic reinstatement.
5.4 Suspension & Reinstatement
- Temporary Suspension: During a temporary suspension, all your profile listings will remain inactive. Access will be automatically restored after the suspension period expires.
- Permanent Suspension: Permanently suspended accounts require manual review. If you believe your suspension was made in error, you may contact our support team to request a review.
- Strike Reset: Strike counts may be reviewed and potentially reduced at the discretion of our moderation team based on account history and demonstrated compliance.
6. Enforcement and Account Actions
Ctbabe reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to take action against any account that violates these Terms. Such actions may include:
- Removal or suspension of any content, profile, or comment.
- Issuance of policy violation strikes as outlined in Section 5.3.
- Temporary suspension of your account and posting privileges.
- Permanent deactivation and ban of your account.
- Reporting of illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Ctbabe.in is an advertising platform and does not offer, endorse, or have any affiliation with any escort or adult services. We are not responsible for the actions or conduct of any user on or off the Platform. Each user is responsible for their own ad content and their personal safety. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk.
