Frequently Asked Questions

How often is my score updated?
Your score is automatically recalculated every time you edit your profile. Engagement points (views, reviews) are updated periodically.
Why did my score decrease?
Your score may decrease if you remove images, shorten your description, if spam patterns are detected, or if your content is too similar to another profile. Make sure your content is unique and follows our guidelines.
What is the Originality Check?
We automatically check if your title or description is similar to existing profiles. If there's a high similarity match, your score will be reduced by up to 35 points. This encourages unique, original content and helps you stand out from other profiles.
Does Ad Score affect my visibility?
Yes! Profiles with higher Ad Scores appear higher in search results. Boosted/promoted profiles are shown first, followed by profiles sorted by their Ad Score.
What's the fastest way to improve my score?
The quickest improvements come from adding more photos (up to 4) and writing a longer, detailed description (500+ characters). These two categories alone account for 55 points!
Can I see a breakdown of my score?
Currently, you can see your total Ad Score on your profile card. Use this guide to understand which areas need improvement based on your current profile content.
